Cancellation and Restock Fee:
In the event of a canceled order, a restock fee of 10% will be applied.
Damages and Issues:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are not responsible for small minor imperfections with a garment, DTF, Vinyl, or Embroidery. 1 Centimetre or less is considered small or minor.
Upon delivery, Please inspect your order immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, wrong items, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours. We will promptly evaluate on a case by case issue. Please give us 48 hours to respond.
Insufficient or Incorrect Address:
In the event that your order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided during checkout, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for us to reship the items.
